Syrian Democratic Forces restored control over two villages Northeast Syria today after fierce clashes with the Turkey-backed Free Syrian Army.
Local sources told JFK that SDF took control of Dawodiya, Azizia and large parts of Arisha villages north the Christian city of Tal Tamir which were occupied last week.
Despite the ceasefire declared on October 17, TFSA jihadists continue their attacks on neighboring villages, using artillery and heavy weapons.
General Mazloum Kobani announced a week ago that “Turks and their jihadist proxies keep attacking NE Syria and taking more territory every hour. After the ceasefire agreement made with US officials, 182 of our comrades and tens civilians were martyred, 30k civilians were displaced, 1100 km² was occupied.”
